Overflow Café- The Lord continues to bless us with many new attendees at LBC. A good plan for getting to know some of these new ones is through our Overflow Café. During our greeting time, invite a newbie to join you there after service for coffee and refreshments.

We need muffins, cookies and snacks to keep our café well supplied! Participate in this ministry that serves all in our church.

Our numbers continue to increase!
We remain very grateful for your gracious participation
.
See one of the Deaconesses if you need more information.
We request finger food only.

Soundview Pregnancy Services` needs– This is a crisis pregnancy center in Suffolk County. They have a need for diapers, wipes, and formula, only. They do seek and need ongoing financial support.

Current needs at Soundview!!
There is a need for newborn diapers.
There is a need for volunteers to assist with baby bottle drives in Nassau County. Contact Soundview Pregnancy services at 516-430-7990.

Soul Fire, our student ministry, meets Sunday from 6-8pm. Led by Youth Minister Adam Evalt, middle & high school students are challenged to live their lives in the same manner which Paul urged the church in Colossians 2:8. He encouraged them with these words, “See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.” At Lynbrook Baptist, students are taught the Word of God and are challenged to seek out, and stand for, the TRUTH of Jesus Christ in a world which is full of so many lies. If you’re in grades 6–12, come check out Soul Fire Student Ministry on Sunday nights!
Check Lynbrookbaptistyouth.org for more details.
