Pastor Bob Walderman - Senior Pastor 
Pastor Bob Walderman, was born and raised in The Bronx, NY, but has lived his adult life on long Island. Since being saved and baptized in 1974 he has served the Lord in numerous capacities. He worked for Nassau County from 1970-2004 when he retired. In 1992 he enrolled at Bethel Seminary of the east, NYC and graduated with an M.Div. in 1997. He trained as an Intentional Interim Minister and served a number of churches, (including Lynbrook Baptist back in 2003), over 10 years. He became Interim here in Nov. 2009 and was called to be Senior Pastor in early 2010. He has taught at Bible schools in Russia and the Ukraine. His approach to ministry is holistic and incarnational seeking to imitate Christ and provide a godly example. He believes in servant-leadership; influence over authority; people before programs; and the importance of preaching and teaching the whole Word of God. His wife, Helen, has served with him since their marriage in 1969. They have three children and five grandchildren. Pastor Bob enjoys softball, outdoor activities, is a lifetime Yankee and Minnesota Viking fan, and together they enjoy travel, ballroom dancing and days at the zoo.
Pastor Greg Anglen - Youth Pastor 
Pastor Greg joined the staff at Lynbrook Baptist Church in July, 2010. He and his wife Sarah along with their 3 children (Olivia, Delilah & Geoffrey) moved up from Tampa, FL following a call to serve as the full-time Youth Pastor at LBC. Greg is a graduate of Trinity College of Florida and is working on a Master of Divinity through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His ministry experience includes serving as: director of an inner-city basketball outreach, director of Campus Life for Bay Area Youth for Christ, a church communications director, a bi-vocational youth pastor and a middle school Bible teacher. Greg has a passion to reach young people with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to see them discipled as they grow into passionate followers of Christ and leaders among their peers.
