Senior Pastor: Keith Allen
Keith graduated from LIU Brooklyn with a BS/MS in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. He later earned an MS in Middle School Science Education from City College of NY. He is completing his MDiv from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and was ordained as Associate Pastor of North Shore Baptist Church in 2019. Keith was called to serve as Senior Pastor at Lynbrook Baptist Church in 2023, through unanimous congregational approval. He is driven by a love for Jesus and a passion for His Word. Keith is married to Emily and they have four children.
Children’s Ministry Director: Pamela B.
Pamela grew up in Malverne, NY and in Lynbrook Baptist Church. She graduated from The King’s College in Briarcliff Manor, NY with an undergraduate degree in Mathematics - Secondary Education, with a minor in Bible. She earned her master’s degree from Adelphi University in Elementary Education. She has been on staff since 2015, although previously serving in Children’s Ministries in many capacities for over 25 years. She has a heart for children to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and follow Him. She is a mom to two amazing sons, Robert and Andrew.
Church Secretary: Paty R.
Paty earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Legal Studies at John Jay college. She has used her gifts to serve as Executive Assistant to the General Counsel of Citigroup and to direct a homeschool community. She is excited to be working at Lynbrook Baptist Church, where Christ is at the center of everything.
